These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CivicOS — the community management platform operated by RP Brands Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using CivicOS (including the web app, marketing website, and any related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are an RWA admin or representative entering into a subscription agreement on behalf of a society, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible.
CivicOS is offered on annual subscription plans (Starter, Community, Township) plus a one-time setup fee. Pricing is as published on mycivicos.com at the time of agreement. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscription fees are due annually in advance. Setup fees are due before onboarding begins. We will confirm payment terms via WhatsApp or email before charging.
Subscriptions renew annually unless you notify us at least 30 days before the renewal date that you wish to cancel. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-term cancellations, but we will honour the service until the end of the paid period.

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with CivicOS are the property of RP Brands Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Content you submit (complaints, notices, messages) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit it as necessary to provide the service.
CivicOS routes your complaints to civic authorities via email on your behalf. We are a communication platform and are not responsible for how, when, or whether authorities respond to or resolve complaints. We make no guarantee of resolution timelines or outcomes.
The School Connect feature sends messages to schools on behalf of parents. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student details and the content of messages sent. CivicOS is not responsible for how schools act on these communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RP Brands Solutions shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
CivicOS is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately. We will, however, make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and fix issues promptly.
CivicOS integrates with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail), WhatsApp, and Netlify for hosting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any changes to these third-party services that affect CivicOS functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access to CivicOS if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the platform in a manner that causes harm. We will provide notice before termination where reasonably possible.
You may terminate your subscription by giving 30 days' written notice to hello@mycivicos.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via WhatsApp or email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of CivicOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
